The good thing is that it proves that they really changed the CCD - the bad thing is that it's even worser now then before.
It's really strange how they affect the surrounding pixels, just as if there is a bug in the cameras internal processing.

The hot pixels are also slightly visible in most automatic modes, especially when the cam uses an ISO higher then 100.
